# $GM Anchor Program

To mark the TGE  event of the GM Token, we are **introducing an Anchoring program** - an **exclusive opportunity** for early $GM holders. During this program, participants can stake their $GM tokens, effectively committing them to the ecosystem in exchange for unique benefits. One of the key rewards for staking is a guaranteed slot in the upcoming gmAI Data Validating Program launching this October.

The **gmAI Data Validating Program** is designed to play a crucial role in the ecosystem as participants in this program will be responsible for validating and curating data, which is essential for maintaining the integrity and performance of the AI models and tools within the GM ecosystem.&#x20;

## Overview

**10% of the $GM total supply (100,000,000 tokens)** will be initially reserved for validator rewards, which will last 6 months. Afterwards, inflation are dynamically community-governed

When users deposit **$GM**, they will receive **$xGM** - the staked derivative token of $GM. Holding **$xGM** will have 2 main functions:

1. Accrue staking rewards, including both hourly staking rewards and delayed staking rewards.&#x20;
2. Guarantee a slot in the gmAI Data Validating program (coming this Oct).

### Staking rewards breakdown

1. **Hourly rewards**

Hourly rewards make up for 80% of the total initial anchor rewards.

* Allocations for **pre-sale and airdrop participants** will be deposited into the Anchor campaign automatically.&#x20;
* Snapshots of anchor vaults will be taken **on a hourly basis for rewards distribution.**

2. **Loyalty rewards**

Loyalty rewards, or delayed withdraw rewards, make up for 20% of the total initial anchor rewards. These are reserved for those who lock their $GM for certain period of time.

* Contrast to hourly staking rewards, which is withdrawable at any point - **loyalty rewards** will be used to long-term believers.
* There will be 3 options, including the **1 month, 3 months and 6 months.**&#x20;
* The delay staking rewards will be rewarded on a **first come first serve basis.**
